Youth Weightlifting Club
Our youth weightlifting sessions focus on introducing lifelong habits in a fun group setting with peers of a similar age and skill level.
Within each session, participants can expect to learn relevant vocabulary, practice skill-based weightlifting movements, complete an age-appropriate strength training workout, and perform a dynamic warmup and cooldown.

Collegiate Athlete Meetup
First Fridays 3:30-5pm
On the first Friday of the month, USA Powerlifting's Senior National Coach Amanda Pearo hosts a training meetup for all Colorado collegiate barbell athletes. Collegiate athletes can show their campus ID for 50% off drop-ins to use M+M's competition-quality equipment and to network with students from other colleges across the state.
During these events, Amanda also supports 12 coaching slots for $10 drop-in coaching. This is a great opportunity to improve the efficiency of your technique and ask questions about your training and competition goals.

Collegiate Athlete Membership
M+M offers a deeply discounted restricted open gym option for collegiate athletes that includes facility access on weeknights from 7pm-11pm.
