Fall Youth Weightlifting Club

Our 8-week youth weightlifting sessions focus on introducing lifelong habits in a fun group setting with peers of a similar age and skill level.

Within each session, participants can expect to learn relevant vocabulary, practice skill-based weightlifting movements, complete an age-appropriate strength training workout, and perform a dynamic warmup and cooldown.

Teen Lift
Summer Session: 7/8 - 8/28
Tues / Thurs 7:00-8:15pm I $200 / athlete

This class is designed to introduce teens ages 13-17 to safe, effective training through hands-on coaching and age-appropriate progressions. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting (snatch, clean, and jerk) as well as powerlifting movements (squat, bench press, and deadlift), with an emphasis on proper technique, body awareness, and confidence under the bar.

No prior lifting experience is required. Whether your teen is a competitive athlete or just getting started, this program builds strength, coordination, and discipline in a supportive training environment. Limited to 12 athletes.

Team Coaching - Student Discount
Active students can join our nationally recognized competitive teams for a discounted rate. Save $30/month on our in-person team coaching membership.

Collegiate Athlete Membership
M+M offers a deeply discounted restricted open gym option for collegiate athletes that includes facility access on weeknights from 7pm-11pm.
