Youth Weightlifting Camp

Our youth weightlifting sessions focus on introducing lifelong habits in a fun group setting with peers of a similar age and skill level.

Within each session, participants can expect to learn relevant vocabulary, practice skill-based weightlifting movements, complete an age-appropriate strength training workout, and perform a dynamic warmup and cooldown.

Collegiate Athlete Membership
 

M+M offers a deeply discounted restricted open gym option for collegiate athletes that includes facility access on weeknights from 7pm-11pm, Saturdays after 1pm, and all day Sundays.
