Yoga & Meditation Classes
Our class studio space hosts vinyasa and yin yoga as well as several styles of hybrid classes such as HIIT + FLOW and PowerFLOW + YIN. We're certain you'll find a yoga class that complements your physical strength regimen and optimizes your effort in the gym to get the best results out of your time commitment.
We at Muscle + Mindset are particularly proud to offer our SvadhYAYA classes. "Svadhyaya," the Sanskrit word for "self-study," is the opportunity to explore one's thoughts, ideas, and actions with great attention. In this 60-minute class, explore themes of life through meditation, breath work, guided journalling, circle discussion, silent reflection, and sound therapy. These classes are designed to help you organize your thoughts, improve your focus, manage stress, and explore your deepest concept of "self" through a magnifying lens.
Class capacity is currently set to 10 students and reservations are required. Masks are required in all classes (but we are lucky to have a garage bay and exit door for a quick escape if you need to catch your breath mask-free outside).
