M+M Training Groups

Love training in a group setting? Our training groups are perfect for those who prefer the collective energy of a class-style session with full instructional support and coach supervision. These training groups include a full-body strength program designed to help you get strong, enhance your mobility and movement, and improve your overall cardiovascular health.

In our training groups, you can expect to receive ample coaching attention, individualized support, and appropriate modifications offered throughout each session.

 

We restrict the number of athletes that can participate in each group to ensure each individual receives adequate attention and support. 1 coach is provided per training group. Pricing reflects the amount of coaching support provided and frequency of training sessions due to the variation across groups. 

1 Month minimum enrollment. No exceptions.

Training group memberships are billed every 4 weeks on an autorenewing schedule. These memberships include opn gym access outside of open coaching hours. 

SIMPLY STRONG

TRAINING GROUP

 

Tuesdays & Thursdays

7:00-8:00am

maximum 5 participants

This small training group focuses on the simple goal of building comprehensive strength for functional day-to-day living. Your coach will help you build fundamental strength, improve your cardiovascular conditioning, and improve your overall movement and mobility through the use of barbells, free weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises.

WOMXN'S LIFTING GROUP

Tuesdays & Thursdays

4:00-5:00pm

Saturdays

10:00-11:00am

maximum 10 participants

This group is open to all womxn and led by a female coach to support a safe environment for exercise. The womxn's lifting group will use barbells and free weights to focus on building strength, looking toned, improving body composition, and getting / staying healthy.

SUPERTOTAL ATHLETE TRAINING GROUP

 

Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays

4:00-5:00pm

 

Saturdays

9:00-10:00am

maximum 8 participants

This training group is perfect for those who want to "do it all" -- all the Olympic lifts (snatch, clean, jerk) and all the powerlifts (back squat, bench press, deadlift). Workout programming will include all 6 lifts and their supporting accessories to make you a strong, mobile, and POWERFUL athlete! 

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING - STRENGTH & POWER

 

Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays

9:30-10:30am

This training group is designed for athletes who participate in team and individual sports. Optimize your strength, sprint/jump power, speed, endurance, agility, and so many more skills under the guidance of an expert strength and conditioning specialist.
