Our open gym "Barbell Club" is perfect for beginners new to strength training or experienced strength sport athletes. With a variety of strength and conditioning equipment, we have everything you need to implement a comprehensive strength & conditioning program. Intermediate to advanced sport programming is available.
New to strength training? No problem! We have a floor coach available during all business hours to assist you in learning our beginner-friendly "Daily Grind" workout. They'll make sure you use safe technique and feel confident under the barbell every time you step in the gym. The Daily Grind is updated every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to create a balanced workout throughout the week.
The Barbell Club is available for drop-ins from 5am-8:30pm weekdays and 6am-6pm weekends. No reservation needed. Masks required at ALL times.
Our conditioning classes run the gamut from High Intensity Interval Training bodyweight workouts to intense metabolic conditioning. We offer competition kettlebell classes as well as hybrid conditioning/yoga classes. Visit the CLASSES tab to learn more about our class offerings.
