Our open gym "Barbell Club" is perfect for beginners new to strength training or experienced strength sport athletes. With a variety of strength and conditioning equipment, we have everything you need to implement a comprehensive strength & conditioning program. Free beginner strength workouts are provided on our in-house chalkboard.
The Barbell Club is available for open gym during all regular business hours.
No reservation needed for open gym. Masks required at ALL times. Capacity limited to 10 people.
