Semi-Private Training Group

Our small training groups are designed to help busy professionals get their workout done before the workday begins with full coaching support. You can expect a full-body strength program designed to help you get strong, enhance your mobility and movement, and improve your overall cardiovascular health.

 Structured like a personal training session, you will receive full coach supervision, individualized support, and appropriate modifications offered throughout.

 

Coaching groups are currently limited to 6 participants/group to ensure each person gets adequate attention and support.

Enrollment is for ALL 16 sessions. No exceptions.

Payments are split into two installments, billed monthly over 8 weeks.
