GUIDED LIFTING CLASSES
We are excited to offer regular classes for beginner-level strength training using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Need a little bit more assistance getting started? We're here to help in these slower-paced workouts that focus on teaching & reinforcing the rudimentary techniques required for safe lifting.
Graduate Strength 101 and move onto independently performing the beginner-friendly Daily Grind workouts we offer in our Barbell Club memberships.
A slow-paced class for starting out in olympic weightlifting. Learn correct form & technique on the clean & jerk and snatch in these guided workouts designed to help you eventually progress to lifting independently. Work with light weights to master technique before progressing to barbell and plates. This class is perfect for anyone just starting or seeking to review correct form & technique.
This class is perfect for those just starting out in the sport of powerlifting. Perform a guided strength workout focused on increasing strength in the back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Attend all three workouts each week for a balanced and beginner-friendly powerlifting program. Includes exercise breakdown and coach supervision & feedback throughout class.
Join us and our fierce femme friends for a womxn's guided lifting class. This group is focused on full-body strength training using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Your coach will break down all exercises and supervise throughout the session to ensure safe lifting techniques. This class is perfect for all levels of experience.
Our kettlebell technique classes will help you learn and implement proper and safe kettlebell "sport" techniques in these strength workouts guided by a certified IKLF coach. This class is designed to be performed at your own pace with coach assistance as needed. Your coach will break down the workout to ensure you feel confident using any size bell, large or small. This class is scalable for all levels of experience with kettlebell lifting techniques.
