Open coaching is a cost-efficient option to get coaching feedback for technique improvement, training recommendations, corrective exercise assistance, and targeting mobility restrictions. Open coaching is not personal training in that you are not provided with a workout program but instead can work with a coach on specific movements and goals for valuable feedback and guidance to inform your training technique and habits. Want coach feedback but continue to use your own programming? This is the best option for you! Reserve open coaching during your workout to have a coach provide tips to continue making progress toward your current objectives.
Coach AP is available for open coaching during the following hours:
Monday - Friday:
9:00am - 12:00pm
2:00pm - 4:30pm
5:15pm - 6:15pm (W/F only)
2:00pm - 5:00pm
Reservations are required for all open coaching sessions. Reserve a session below -- 30-minute reservations can be extended to a duration of your choosing.
