M+M METHOD

Our M+M Method small group training classes guarantee you will receive coach support throughout every workout. Join our M+M Method program today to begin improving your strength, speed, endurance, and overall athletic performance. 

These crosstraining groups are structured as 90- or 60- minute workouts that include skill-based weightlifting movements, foundational barbell exercises, and mobility and conditioning work. Capped at 5 participants per training group, these small-scale classes ensure that a coach's supervision is always available for questions and feedback.
