BEGINNER ATHLETE CAMPS

Our athlete camps are designed to introduce beginners to sport-specific training styles over a 12-week training cycle. We offer beginner athlete camps in the competitive sports of both powerlifting and olympic weightlifting. Have you been training for a while and ready to move on to something more challenging? This is the perfect opportunity to "get your feet wet" in a strength sport!

These small coaching groups follow an in-depth syllabus engineered to include:

  • all of the fundamental and common accessory lifts

  • most effective cues and best-practice technique

  • common form mistakes

  • a sport-specific training routine outside of our group sessions to continue independent learning

  • a mock meet during our final training session

 

Coaching groups are currently limited to 5 athletes/each and are set up to help you move from "beginner" to "intermediate" in your knowledge and practice of strength sports. See below for beginner camp dates. 

Enrollment is for ALL 12 sessions. No exceptions.

Payment plans are available upon request. $100 deposit required (will be applied to total camp cost). Final payment must be made within 30 days after mock meet.

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING

Our private coaching services include personal training and small group training for up to three individuals. Coach Amanda is our resident strength and mobility expert who approaches each athlete with an artisanal program designed to advance them toward their goals.

Coach Amanda is available for private and semi-private coaching 6:00am-4:00pm weekdays. 

OPEN COACHING

Open coaching is a cost-efficient option to get coaching feedback for technique improvement, training recommendations, corrective exercise assistance, and mobility restrictions. Open coaching is not personal training in that you are not provided with a workout program but instead can work in a small group setting with a coach for valuable feedback and guidance to inform your training habits. Want technique feedback but continue to use your own programming? This is the best option for you!

Coach Amanda is available for open coaching hours weeknights from 7:30-8:30pm -- a reservation is required. Reserve a session below.

REMOTE COACHING

Remote coaching is available to clients outside of the Denver metro area. Coaching includes customized programming, weekly video analysis, and a monthly strategy meeting to review progress and upcoming programming. Your remote coaching support is available via call/text/email at any time of day!
