New to training? No problem! You've come to the right place. Muscle + Mindset offers many beginner-friendly classes to help you get started with safe form and technique. Our goal is for every client to eventually become an independent athlete -- you may need a form check every now and then but we aim to help everyone learn the basics to develop the confidence to train independently.
BEGINNER-FRIENDLY CLASSES & COACHING OPTIONS
Strength 101 - T/Th 4:45-5:30pm
Move at a slow pace to learn the basic barbell strength movements and techniques in these beginner-friendly and coach-led workouts.
OlyTECH - T/Th 5:45-6:30pm
Learn the basics of the sport of olympic weightlifting in this technique-driven class designed to set each student up with the fundamentals of the snatch and the clean & jerk.
BellTECH - MWF 5:45-6:30pm
Learn the rudimentary techniques of kettlebell sport lifting in these coach-led strength & conditioning workouts.
PowerLIFT - MWF 8:30-9:30am
Discover the sport of powerlifting in these coach-led workouts designed to focus on improving strength in the back squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Private & Semi-Private Coaching - Weekdays 6:00am-4:30pm (by appointment)
These coaching services feature a full workout designed just for your needs. Work one-on-one or in a small group of up to 3 people in these 60-minute sessions aimed to target your training needs.
Open Coaching - Weekdays 6:30-8:30pm (reservation required)
Need some help working on form & technique without a personal training program or price tag? This is the cost-effective option for you. Drop in to our open coaching hours (limited to 5 athletes/night) for up to 2 hours of coaching assistance in a small group setting.
