BEGINNER ATHLETE CAMPS

Our athlete camps are designed to introduce beginners to sport-specific training styles over a 12-week training cycle. We offer beginner athlete camps in the competitive sports of both powerlifting and olympic weightlifting. Have you been training for a while and ready to move on to something more challenging? This is the perfect opportunity to "get your feet wet" in a strength sport!

These small coaching groups follow an in-depth syllabus engineered to include:

  • all of the fundamental and common accessory lifts

  • most effective cues and best-practice technique

  • common form mistakes

  • a sport-specific training routine outside of our group sessions to continue independent learning

  • a mock meet during our final training session

 

Coaching groups are currently limited to 5 athletes/each and are set up to help you move from "beginner" to "intermediate" in your knowledge and practice of strength sports. See below for beginner camp dates. 

Enrollment is for ALL 12 sessions. No exceptions.

Payment plans are available upon request. $100 deposit required (will be applied to total camp cost). Final payment must be made within 30 days after mock meet.
